Honoring Veterans in November with a Photo Contest

During the month of November, BRNater Media is honoring veterans. We are recognizing who have served in the US armed forces, both currently on active duty and retired veterans. We’re doing so with a fun contest that we’ve named, simply enough, the “Honoring our Veterans Photo Contest”!

From November 1st thru November 23rd, you help in honoring veterans by submitting a photo on our Facebook wall of a currently active member of the military who is an inspirational figure to you. Share a great photo (action shots, silly photos, and anything that stands out) along with a few words on how this person is so influential to you to be considered. And be sure to add hashtag #HonoringOurVeterans somewhere in your comment. Without this, your entry won’t count, so be sure to have it in there.

We will announce the winner on Facebook on November 25th at noon. The winner will receive a $50 gift card to Mama Ricotta’s Restaurant, plus a free overview of your current website where we tell you everything you need to know to improve your rankings on Google, Yahoo and Bing. It’s a really great opportunity to improve your presence online and for a good cause. There is no cost to enter and anyone can enter. You can sign up for the gift card, but it helps if you have a website to share as well. =)

To recap, here’s what you need to know about the “Honoring our Veterans Contest”:

1. Submit your photo on to our Facebook wall between Nov. 1 and Nov 23rd. Include a description on how this person is inspirational and include “#HonoringOurVeterans”.
2. You can vote once per day.
3. We’ll choose a winner on Nov 23rd @noon
4. Winner gets a $50 gift card to Mama Ricotta’s Restaurant and free website SEO assessment.
