Before the redesign, Potina’s brand was focused solely on public awareness as the sole provider of the Bird Girl statue. They’ve always owned exclusive rights to the product, but we brought the idea to them that they could make the very most by selling the product directly via their website. They thought it was a great idea.
Working on a short deadline (we completed the entire project within a month!), we built a fully custom, responsive, eCommerce website on which they could showcase and sell their products, all in time for the start of their busy season – Mother’s Day. By the launch, Potina was able to not only maintain and sell their products online, but also receive up-to-the minute reports on sales all directly through their website.
Potina did so well, that they quickly decided to continue capitalizing on the success by increasing awareness with SEO. We established a short-term and long-term strategy for increasing their online rankings, and selling via pay-per-click advertising.
