It’s been 5 years since we’ve been on the scene dishing out great websites here in Charlotte. We figured such a great milestone approaching should not go unnoticed, and decided that this is a great opportunity to roll out some key improvements that streamline workflow and truly help our clients benefit. The redesigned BRNater Media website
Our old site did little to inform visitors about what we do, let alone help them to reach us for help. You’d obviously think that this would be the first button to snap, especially as a web design agency. But just like the carpenter who does amazing work, but who’s house looks like it’s about to fall apart, we opted to put our client projects first. Finally, it was time for a change.
Our newly designed site gives visitors ample ability to view all our services cleanly and easily, regardless of whether they’re viewing the site on desktop, tablet, or phone, and allows you to more easily select from our wide ranging design services. We’re especially proud of the new Maintenance and Hosting section, where you can easily request support on your WordPress website. And our goal with the new blog is to bring you useful information that’ll help you make the most of your website. You’ll be able to see new articles there every 2nd and 4th sunday.
We didn’t stop with the website, nor did we start there. It’s actually the result of a ground up redesign in the way we do things altogether.

Simplifying things goes a long way. We did much to streamline our project processes, from handling each website project, to providing ongoing maintenance and support, to billing and pricing, thru keeping your site clean and healthy for years to come.

As for billing and pricing, we’ve decided to create packages for our most popular services, which can then be further customized per project. For the small business, this is pretty much all-inclusive, though we do have a smaller Pro package as well. Either way, the sky is the limit with what you want to build, which may include members-only areas, eCommerce, support forums, social media networks, and then some.
When receiving quotes, a lot of our clients have asked us, “how did you get that number?”, or some variation thereof, so we now itemize our estimates, allowing you to see all the details for each item, as well as its cost. And as always, we offer up-front payment as well as installment options for payment.
Better client support
We like the phrase, “once our client, always our client”. Don’t take this to mean that you can never work with anyone else. On the contrary, we always want to provide great support for your needs. As such, we also have all-encompassing maintenance and support packages. And currently in development is a new Clients-Only portion of our website where current clients can view current and past project info, billing, account info, and of course, request support. What’s more is we plan to check in with you periodically to make sure everything is working as it should and to see how we can help you to continue to grow.
