This message is to inform all our web hosting clients of an upcoming maintenance session scheduled for Saturday January 16th at 9am for approximately 4 hours. Overall, we will be using this time to add more capacity to the servers to ensure they remain robust and above web standards. During this window, there will be approximately 30mins of downtime to sync data between servers. Website and email services will be inaccessible during this 30 minute window. We expect no data to be lost during this transition.
To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade over the weekend so that we can ensure a smooth transition.
During the maintenance period, All normal functions will resume immediately after maintenance is complete.
